Shipping your grips

The estimated delivery time is 24/48 hours from Monday to Saturday. Your handles are prepared and packaged in our factory in France at L’Horme (42). Our carrier is DPD, you can track your package on https://www.dpd.fr. The Products are delivered to the customer at the place indicated in the form when placing your order. Except in special cases or unavailability of one or more products, the products ordered will be delivered in one go.

Return of your handles

No return of products can be made by the buyer without our prior written consent. This agreement can only be given on an exceptional basis, within a maximum period of 14 days from the delivery of the products, provided that they are in new condition in their original packaging. The delivery of the products is made at the purchase price invoiced. Shipping costs for returns are at your expense.
